It was hard to leave the bed this morning. Got to the gym a half an hour later than I usually do. Starting to see the affect on my body, just gotta watch the calories – fast food. Been 10lbs overweight for a few months now, but I’ve lost 6lbs within the past few weeks.

Looks like it’s going to be a nice day, the sun is coming up over the hills and there’s not a cloud in the sky. Wrapping up a few sidejobs this week, then I’ll be putting my portfolio back up at webdeviloper.com and look for more development and design gigs.
Off to wake up my baby (she looked awfully beautiful this morning) and Jaiden for PE time.

I just saw a dog look both ways before crossing the street. That’s pretty damn smart. Ah, Wednesdays. Looking forward to getting some good progress done on the CRM system today. Had a detour yesterday writing css for a ruby application, but back on the ol’ ajax, php and sql track today. Left my beautiful wife in bed to go to the gym this morning, she looked fucking stunning and I can’t wait to get back to her now. It’s only been two hours, but I miss her already.

I’ve gotten most of the install portion working and learned a lot through the process, like making dynamic configuration files on the fly and code cleanliness and reusablility. Fun, fun.

Thought of a great website idea (non-real estate) yesterday, I might mock it up on paper today. Happy Hump Day!

Just got out of the gym, now I’m sitting outside of the condo drinking really good coffee from Bay St. Cafe extremely happy that it’s Friday! We have the annual staff luncheon today so we get off work at 1pm. Woo!

Bought hard alcohol from CVS for the white elephant but still need to wrap it. Going to cut a Christmas tree from a farm in Livermore tomorrow if the weather isn’t too crazy.

It’s a cold and wet day on the West Coast. Where you at Summer? I want to go home and curl up with my wife.

There’s snow all over the Bay Area, what the hell is going on?

We went to San Francisco’s Ozumo for some sushi and whatnot tonight. I tried octopus for the first time, very yummy. Also caviar which was MUCH better than the 7 dollar a bottle World Market shit. I ate the whole meal with chopsticks, quite the deal for a haole. Then we went to BJ’s and got the cookie ice cream, mmm. So good.

B-I-N-G-O :: We're a little young for this croud

We were an hour late and caused a bit of chaos and confusion walking in during the middle of a game. Since this was our first time we had no idea what was going on: Where to pay, what card to start on, what these electronic devices do… all answered in due time. We got settled in and I won the first game (along with 4 other people)! Wooo, admission money returned! We were really close from there on out but didn’t win anything else. On Sunday we went to North Beach, the Italian section of San Francisco. We wound up at the Hustler strip club.

I hadn’t been to a place like this since I turned 18 when Todd Jordan took me to ‘Bubbles’ for my birthday – I think it’s closed down now. Even though it was only around noon we ordered drinks; A long island for me and bloody mary for my baby.

After that we had some clams, coffee, a biscotti, a cannelloni and headed back home.
